Sucrose, mannitol, polyplasdone, crospovidone, cellulose. Contains <2 of: Magnesium stearate, maltodextrin, natural flavor, silicon dioxide, stearic acid, sucralose.

No added yeast, preservatives, artificial flavors or colors. 

Suggested Use

As a dietary supplement, adults take one (1) tablet 30 minutes before bedtime or as directed by your healthcare provider. Place tablet under the tongue for 30 seconds before swallowing. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Individual results may vary.
