Nice catch! Our Grandma was definitely not like others Coming from a family of flower merchants, she had a natural appreciation and love for all of nature's beautiful creations. Her favorite above all was the elderflower, because from that she made homemade cordial for all of her grandchildren.
As much as she loved being outside in the sun picking the elderflowers with her favorite grandson, she always preferred the meticulousness and precision required to make the perfect cordial inside, in the kitchen. We hope you enjoy our sour elderflower fish as much as we enjoyed our Grandma and her recipe not too sweet and not too sour but definitely heavy on the elderflower.
