Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxal-5-phosphate and pyridoxine HCl) has an essential role in the synthesis of neurotransmitters, including serotonin, dopamine and gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA). Folate has essential roles in nervous system and immune system function.
