Suggested Use

Shaker Cup: Mix 1/2 serving (3 scoops) with 8-10 oz. of cold water in a shaker cup and consume twice daily. 

Blender: Mix 1 serving (6 scoops) with 16-20 oz. of cold water in a blender and consume once daily. Take in the morning, between meals or post-workout. Maintain an adequate state of hydration during use. Read the entire label before use and follow directions provided.
