Whey protein blend (whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, hydrolyzed whey protein), cocoa (processed with alkali), salt, soy and/or sunflower lecithin, natural and artificial flavors, sucralose, gum blend (guar gum, gum acacia, xanthan gum), steviol glycosides. 

Contains milk and soy ingredients. 

Processed in a facility that also processes eggs, peanuts, wheat, tree nuts, fish, crustacean shellfish and sesame ingredients.

Contain bioengineered food ingredients.

Suggested Use

Mix 1 serving (1 scoop) in 6 oz. of cold water or skim milk in a shaker cup. Use between major meals and before and after exercise. Consume up to 4 servings (4 scoops) per day. Maintain an adequate state of hydration during use. Read the entire label before use and follow directions provided.
