Alpha GPC is a precursor to acetyl-choline, a neurotransmitter that is involved in memory and other cognitive functions. Alpha GPC is well absorbed and is known to cross the blood-brain barrier. In the brain and other neural tissues, alpha GPC is situated in cell membranes, enhancing nerve cell communication and brain function.

This double strength product has twice the Alpha GPC (600 mg per capsule) than our regular strength product (300 mg per capsule).
