Suggested Use

Mix 1 serving (2 scoops) of Mr. Hyde® Nightmare with 6-8 oz of cold water. Consume 15-30 minutes prior to exercise.

Do not consume within 4 hours of bedtime. Do not take any other products that contain caffeine or stimulants while taking Mr. Hyde® Nightmare.
